Practical support that helps families move forward

Undermountain Partners helps families and executors stay organized, prepared, and supported after a death. I work alongside the professionals families already trust, helping clients gather information, track next steps, and follow through.

This work draws on my professional background in financial services leadership and training from Professionals of After Loss Services and David Kessler’s Grief Educator Certification program.

Undermountain Partners supports professionals who help families navigate loss and estate administration.

Undermountain Partners provides practical, grief-informed organization and coordination support. I do not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, or clinical advice, and I encourage clients to work with qualified professionals for those matters.

When to refer

A referral to Undermountain may make sense when a client or family is:

  • overwhelmed by the practical work after a death
  • unsure where to begin
  • having trouble locating documents, accounts, passwords, policies, or key contacts
  • unable to prepare adequately for meetings with attorneys, advisors, CPAs, or other professionals
  • struggling to track tasks, deadlines, decisions, and follow-up items
  • managing estate responsibilities from a distance
  • coordinating with siblings, heirs, or other family members
  • in need of referrals to other professionals

Planning ahead

I also help families get organized before a loss.

Some clients are not in crisis, but they know their loved ones would struggle to find what matters later. I help organize practical, household, financial, digital, and legacy information so an estate plan is easier to use in real life.

This work does not replace estate planning. It helps make an estate plan more usable in real life.

Good referrals may include clients who:

  • recently updated estate documents and want to organize the rest
  • care for aging parents and know important information is scattered
  • have complex households, blended families, multiple properties, or many accounts
  • want to document funeral preferences, key contacts, digital access, or meaningful personal property

Let’s connect.

Professional partners can refer clients directly, make a warm introduction, or schedule a brief conversation to discuss fit. I also refer clients to trusted professionals when their needs fall outside my scope or when additional expertise would be helpful.

I don’t take referral fees. My goal is to help families get the right support for the situation.
