Hi, I’m Tracy Flynn.
A few years ago, I watched several close friends lose parents and partners within a short period of time. In the aftermath, they were left managing the unavoidable work that follows a death while still trying to show up for their children, relationships, and jobs.
Undermountain Partners grew from that intersection of professional fit and a strong belief that families deserve better support during one of the hardest times in life.
After a loss, families are often left dealing with paperwork, logistics, decisions, and loose ends when their capacity is lowest. I founded Undermountain Partners to help with that burden and to offer the kind of practical support many families do not realize they will need until they are in the middle of it.
My work is grounded in both professional experience and personal conviction. I came to this field after a 25-year career spanning sales, research, and leadership at organizations including Fidelity Investments, Coinbase, and Google. Over time, I built a reputation for resourcefulness, tenacity, strong communication, and thoughtful problem-solving.
Over the years, I developed a skill set centered on deep listening, identifying what matters most in complex situations, and helping people move forward in a thoughtful, organized way. I learned how to create order, keep people aligned, and handle sensitive situations with care.
My perspective was also shaped by my time at Fidelity, where my work touched estate planning and support for people dealing with the death of a loved one. That experience gave me a close view of how much families are expected to manage, and how little practical support many of them receive at a profoundly difficult time.
In addition to my professional background, I have pursued training specific to after-loss support and grief support. I hold the After Loss Professional credential through Professionals of After Loss Services, Grief Educator Certification through David Kessler, completed funeral celebrant training through InSight Books, and volunteer weekly with a hospice organization. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of what families may be carrying and how practical support can make a difficult time more manageable.
I am not an attorney, accountant, or financial advisor, and I do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. I work alongside those professionals, helping clients manage the many practical details that surround estate planning and estate settlement.
Undermountain Partners is especially focused on people in the sandwich generation: adults managing loss while also managing the rest of life. Many are capable, responsible people with a great deal on their shoulders. They do not need more noise. They need someone steady, practical, and trustworthy.
If you are planning ahead or navigating a loss, I’m here to help.
